What a day and I'm still busy working but I made a promise to post something everyday around health and/or recipes, so I'm taking the easy way out tonight and doing a quick recipe.

Cloud Bread (this can be eaten by anyone)

Ingredients for No-Carb Cloud Bread ...
Ingredients:
3 eggs separated
3 tablespoons cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions: Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and once stiff, add the cream of tartar
In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks and cream cheese together
Fold the mixed egg yolks and cream cheese, gently into the beaten egg whites, you don't want the air to be taken out

Set your oven at 180 degrees and definitely use Spray and Cook on your baking paper, to prevent these little angels from sticking. Make them round or square, whatever floats your boat. vintage inspired gowns for mother of the bride

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown. You'll need to watch carefully so they do not brown too much or burn.

Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy guilt free air bread. You can put anything on these. Tuna and pickles, Chicken Mayo, Smoked Salmon and cottage cheese, whatever you like.

They can be stored in a Tupperware for up to 5 days and they really freeze amazingly and when you want one, you just pop it into the toaster and warm it up and it's ready to go
