This update is health related. For at least the last five years I suffered with severe dry, cracking skin on the palm of my right hand and on the sole of my left foot. The skin dries out, cracks and opens painful fissures that bleed and heal slowly. I went to the western doctors many times and was given expensive OTC and prescription ointments and creams. They helped moderate the symptoms but after months of applying them their affect resulted in only marginal improvement. I over size garment for bridesmaid in modest style ... was hobbling around and someone asked why I was limping. I explained the problem and they said, "we know how to fix that." They put a mixture of plants in hot water and told me to soak the affected areas for 10 minutes and repeat once per day for 4 days. I have done it twice so far? Do you think this would work? Well, after two treatments, it is better than it has been in years.
