Hi there, this is Dixie. She is an eight and a half years old GP / Lab mix we adopted from the Great Pyrenees Rescue in Portland, Or about seven years ago. She has been exhibiting signs that our vet suspects is Cushing's Disease - Increased thirst and urination, Increased hunger, Increased panting, Pot-bellied abdomen, and Lack of energy. Does anyone here have experience with treating their dog with CD? Our vet wants to do an ultrasound to view anything else that may be causing this and in the meantime put her on a liver treatment supplement.
