I'm finally developing lean muscle. Too fatigued for cardio, all I use are strength training props. But eventually, I will have to incorporate cardio into my routine. At my biggest weight so far, I don't want to lose elasticity in my skin (yes, in those areas lol) so. Yo-yo dieting is a no go; it's so unhealthy and can cause heart problems. I dunno how I"m gonna roll out of bed and go jogging. Are stationary bikes effective at all? They look rather low-impact...it couldn't hurt to try. high low asymmetrical wedding selections
