Here this fresh evening, I am standing in the sunshine receiving kisses from my puppy Baxter. We are waiting for his Dad to come home from work and everything is calm..wonderful.

In a busy world were there are a million things to tend to--I have learned its important to take care of friendships. I spent the weekend tucked away by the Lake with my beautiful sister-in-law DD. We never stopped chatting, we never stopped laughing..we stared at the lake and caught up on th casual and informal wedding wears look flapper ... e good and the bad and made friends with people on elevators, waitresses, and pet and comic book lovers! I even got Wonder woman to do the "wave"!

My husband spent the time with his brothers at the Pirate game and breakfast with friends....and now we have this wonderful night to share our separate stories.

I know tomorrow is Monday and I am back to reality...but for now--I am revived and ready to go do it again! I Thank God for the blessing of family and friends...the beautiful care-takers Carol and Heather who are so lovingly care for mom, and for the blessing of DeeDee who made the escape one of ease and fabulous FUN!

I needed that. We all do.
