Dermal needling is a fantastic treatment for improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, scarring and stretch marks. It may look painful here, but we can assure you it isn't! A topical local anaesthetic is applied to the face prior to treatment to ensure client comfort, but the majority of clients report that they feel a "buzzing" sensation, which is simply the Flawless Pen handpiece vibrating. The depth of the needles is controlled by the aesthetician and is altered bohemian wedding apparels in vintage style ... depending on which area of the face we're working on. For the forehead, we use a very small depth, whereas for thicker tissue areas, such as the cheeks, we can add a little extra depth with no change to the clients level of comfort. At the end of the treatment, the face is gently cleansed and will appear pink (or red depending on how your skin naturally responds), which will fade.
In order to have a safe treatment, dermal needling should only be carried out by a trained professional, in a safe and precise manner using a single-use sterile needle head.
