ARE YOU DRESSED IN YOUR BEST?

So many dress any old way these days; some even go to Church as if they are going to the beach. As Christians it's not only how we speak and live that bear witness, but the way we dress can speak volumes. We don't have to have the most expensive clothes, but they need to be clean and dignified.
When we go to Church, we should wear the best that we have; and if that means casual, let them be our best casual, not some old sweaty T-shirt and shorts.
(I notice that most men wear suits to funerals and weddings. The ladies wear their best dresses to the same.)

I believe that we demonstrate not only to God, but also to unbelievers, just how important worship is to us by how we dress for Church. It's not the only way, but it is a significant way.

The most important 'clothes' of course, are spiritual as found in the words of Paul in Romans 13:11, 13-14
"And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.
